A former LPGA Tour Player, is a performance focused golf coach and the founder of High Frequency Golf, a mental performance system that trains golfers to raise their mental and emotional frequency so they can play with confidence, consistency, calm and feel good on the golf course. Heather loves helping golfers unlock their full potential by tuning their mind, emotions and energy before they even swing the club. Heather combines swing mechanics with frequency-based mental conditioning, allowing golfers to elevate their performance from the inside out.
