Things people usually wonder

Do I need to play golf?

Not at all. The workouts are built for any woman who wants to feel stronger, and the golf content is a bonus — not a requirement. Many members have never picked up a club and love it just for the fitness and community.

What fitness level do I need to be?

Any level. Kerry designs every workout so you can modify up or down based on how you feel that day. She modifies exercises herself during class — so there’s never a feeling of not belonging if you can’t do something.

What if I can’t make 7:00 AM?

Every session is recorded and available to replay anytime inside Mighty Networks. Many members watch the replay later in the morning or during their lunch break. You never miss out.

What timezone is 7:00 AM?

Atlantic Time (AST/ADT). That’s 6:00 AM Eastern, 5:00 AM Central, 4:00 AM Mountain, 3:00 AM Pacific. Kerry has members across North America and around the world — most who can’t join live use the replay.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no awkward cancellation calls, no questions asked. Cancel your monthly membership anytime and you keep access until the end of your billing period.

What’s the difference between the membership and a monthly challenge?

The membership renews automatically each month and gives you ongoing access to live workouts all year long. A monthly challenge is a one-month program — great for newcomers — that ends on its own and doesn’t renew. If you love it and want to keep going, you can sign up for the membership.
