Thank you for shopping at Kerry Maher Golf • Fitness. As a Nova Scotia–based affiliate seller, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Our Role as an Affiliate Seller Kerry Maher Golf • Fitness operates as an affiliate/dropship seller. Many of our products are sourced from and fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers, so return and refund eligibility may vary depending on the supplier's individual policies.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return: the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging; a return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery; and proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items Digital products, final sale items, personalized/custom products, and items used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return Contact us at kerrymaher@getvertical.ca with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without written authorization — we'll coordinate with the supplier on your behalf.
Refunds Once the supplier inspects the return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact us at kerrymaher@getvertical.ca to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
Nova Scotia Consumer Protection This policy is subject to applicable Nova Scotia and Canadian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Commerce Act. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
