How Our Shipping Works We operate as an affiliate/dropship seller, meaning your order is fulfilled and shipped directly to you by our third-party suppliers. We do not ship from a central warehouse. As a result, if you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages from different suppliers.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times may vary by supplier and product availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada (domestic): 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • International orders: 14–21 business days after dispatch (where available)

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order. Free shipping promotions, where offered, will be applied automatically at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For US and international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.
