Nutrition plays such an important role in energy, recovery, inflammation, and feeling your absolute best — both on and off the golf course. We’re incredibly lucky to have Julie Daniluk as part of the Get Vertical team.

Julie is an award-winning Registered Holistic Nutritionist, bestselling author, TV personality, and anti-inflammatory food educator with more than 26 years of experience helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more energized.

After many of our morning workouts, Julie shares practical nutrition tips, new wellness discoveries, and answers questions from the community to help women support their bodies from the inside out.

Jessica is a passionate hairstylist, fitness enthusiast, and dedicated mom who brings positivity, motivation, and high energy to every class she teaches. Through her spin and rebounder trampoline sessions, she helps women build strength, improve cardio, boost confidence, and stay active in a fun and supportive environment.

Her spin classes combine music, endurance, and cardio training, while her trampoline workouts focus on low-impact movement that is gentle on the joints while improving balance, energy, and overall wellness.
