Want to Play Golf Until You're 100? Me Too. Here's What I'm Doing About It

 I’ve got 48 more years on this planet—if I’m lucky—and I plan to play golf for every one of them.

That’s why I’m taking my health and performance seriously. Longevity in golf (and life) doesn’t just happen by accident—it takes intention, effort, and sometimes a little expert help. So, I booked myself a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) assessment with Carter at Accel Health in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and it was a game-changer.

What’s a TPI Assessment?

TPI-certified professionals assess your body mechanics, strength, flexibility, and movement patterns to see how they affect your golf swing. After a series of mobility and strength tests, Carter gave me specific feedback—and more importantly, personalized homework.

Now I’ve got a targeted plan to improve the exact areas where my body needs support, all in the name of swinging stronger and playing pain-free.
